摘    要:为减少水利工程安全事故的发生,加强对施工作业的安全管理,通过BIM与RFID集成技术,将施工现场作业人员及机械设备的属性信息、坐标信息存储于RFID标签中,通过信息采集传输到BIM 4D模型中;根据不同危险因素的安全计算规则,确定危险区域及作业人员的安全状态,并对作业人员实施安全预警;以水闸工程的施工仿真为例,运用集成BIM和RFID技术对施工现场的危险因素和作业人员进行实时监控,快速高效计算出危险区域的范围,完成工人安全状态的判定并进行安全预警,以降低施工现场安全生产事故发生的概率,提高安全管理的效率。研究成果对于水利水电工程施工管理有指导和借鉴意义。

Application of Integrated BIM and RFID Technology in Safety Management of Water Conservancy Construction
Abstract:In order to reduce the safety accident of water conservancy project and strengthen the safety management of construction work, through the research of BIM and RFID technology in domestic and international construction field, BIM and RFID integration technology were used to analyze the attribute information and coordinate of construction site personnel and mechanical equipment. The information was stored in the RFID tag and transmitted to the BIM4D model through information collection. According to the safety calculation rules of different risk factors, the safety status of the dangerous area and the operator were determined, and the safety warning was carried out to the operator. Taking the construction simulation of the sluice project as an example, the integrated BIM and RFID technology were used to monitor the construction site of the risk factors and operating personnel in real-time, and the scope of the dangerous area was calculated quickly to complete the determination of safety state of workers and safety warning, which can reduce the safety accidents of construction site and improved the efficiency of security management. The research results have guidance and reference significance for the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
