摘    要:性能曲线是评价压气机性能的重要指标,对其变化趋势及形成机理的研究具有重要意义。本文对一广泛使用的离心压气机进行全三维CFD模拟,对压气机特性曲线,特别是最高效率点之后的压比特性曲线的若干特点进行分析研究,并总结出形成这些现象的流动机理,为研究者进一步理解压气机的流动特点,从而为指导设计出更高性能的压气机奠定了基础。

Abstract:The performance curves are important for evaluation of a compressor performance and significant for research on trends and formation mechanism.In the paper,a centrifugal compressor is simulated by a CFD software.The performance curves,especially the characteristics of these curves after the maximum efficiency point,are analyzed.Finally,the formation mechanism of these phenomenon is proposed.Those results provide a guidance for other researchers to understand the flow characteristics of the compressor.
