| 摘 要： | 针对目前柴油机使用成本高的现状,本文通过试验验证了经过对C12V190系列柴油机相关部件和系统的技术改造：增加文丘里管混合器、调整高压油泵、增加缸温监控系统、进行管路改造等措施,实现用少量的天然气助燃,降低柴油机油耗,并保障机组安全可靠运行,实现节油的目的。

| Abstract: | According to the high use cost of diesel engine,this article introuduces the technological transformation of the series C12V190 diesel engine,e.g.adding venturitubemixer,adjusting high-pressure oil pump,adding cylinder temperature monitoring system,transforming pipelines to realize small amounts of gas combustion supporting,which resuces the fuel consumption,meanwhile ensure the engine reliable operation. |
