摘    要:本文应用有限元法,建立较为精细的柴油机机体有限元实体模型。应用ADAMS机械系统动力学分析软件计算激振力,并且在空间和时间上进行了离散等效施加。对激振力激励下的机体强迫振动响应进行了动态分析,考察机体在激振力的作用下的振动情况、振动评级,并联系穴蚀对气缸套外表面振动加速度进行评价。结果表明,本文采用的计算方案合理的反映了机体振动,具有工程应用价值。

Abstract:The Finite Element method is used in the analysis to build a subtle solid model of the diesel engine block.The dominating excitations coming from ADAMS are made discrete and built on the engine block.Basing on the dynamic analysis of the forced vibration of the block,the extent and level of the vibration are investigated.And the acceleration of the vibration on the cylinder liner is talked about,which is associated with cavitation erosion.Results show that,this method is advisable to be used in engineering.
