基于Kuli的某商用车空调系统性能仿真及优化分析

摘    要:本文利用流体分析软件Kuli建立了基于几何参数和实验数据的空调系统计算模型,对某商用车的空调系统进行了仿真分析,并用实验证实了仿真的可行性。分别建立了此空调系统的国内和国外某炎热地区的计算模型,结果表明此空调系统在国内工况可满足设计要求,而不满足国外某炎热地区的降温需求,在此基础上对空调系统提出了优化方案,优化后的空调系统可满足国外工况的设计要求。

Abstract:Using the fluid analysis software Kuli, this paper established air condition calculation model basing on geometric parameters and experimental data. Air conditioning system for a commercial vehicle was analyzed by simulation, and the simulation feasibility was proved by the experi- ments. Then the calculation model of the air conditioning system was established respectively for the domestic and a foreign hot area. The results show that the air conditioning system can meet the design requirements in the domestic condition, which cannot meet the cooling demand of the foreign hot area. On the basis, the optimization scheme is proposed for air conditioning system. The opti- mized scheme can meet the design requirements for foreign condition.
