摘    要:本文基于气、固两相流理论,考虑了风煤合流过程中的压力损失影响,并运 用能量法提出了一种测量一次风管中风-粉混合后煤粉浓度的新方法,并且介绍 了对一次风管中煤粉浓度、风速实现在线、实时监测的过程和方法。实残证明,在应 用此系统后,煤粉浓度的在线监测与控制有利于煤粉充分燃烧,并取得了很好的节 能效果。

Abstract:Considering pressure loss in the process of mixture between coal and air, based on gas-solid two phases theory, a new method was developed to punctually measure coal powder concentration of air-coal mixture by energy balance principle. The procedure and method of monitoring and measuring coal powder concentration, wind velocity on real time were introduced. With it running in a thermal plant, it has achieved remarkable success in saving energy, coal powder completely burning and controlling coal concentration and primary air velocity.
