| 摘 要： | CFB锅炉对综合利用燃料(煤矸石、煤泥)的利用程度,是其燃料适应性广、能够燃用劣质燃料优势的重要体现。介绍煤质在线监测仪的工作原理、工作流程及其在冯营电力公司的应用情况。通过煤质在线监测仪对入炉煤灰分、发热量的实时监测,指导运行人员及时调整入炉煤配比,提高CFB锅炉对综合利用燃料的利用程度,带来了很好的经济、社会效益。

| Abstract: | The utilizing degree of comprehensive fuel (gangue and silt coal) reflects the advantage of CFB boiler that it has a good adaptation to poor coal and can make use of it.This article introduced the theory,technological process and the application of the coal on-line detecting instrument in Fengying electric plant.By the data of coal on-line detecting instrument,how to adjust the percentage of the coal to the boiler is clear,and raise the utilizing degree of comprehensive fuel,bring economic and social benefit. |
