| 摘 要： | 叙述了一种电厂锅炉飞灰含碳量的微波式飞灰含碳量在线监测装置,实践表明,该装置测量精度较高,可靠性好,能及时、有效地调整锅炉运行,降低供电煤耗。介绍了它的工作原理,应用与维护,指出了使用中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | A kind of microwave type carbon-in-ash measuring equipment was introduced in the paper,and it was applied in the power plant to measure carbon amount in the fly ash online. The result indicated that the equipment has high accuracy and good reliability,it can promptly,effectively adjust the boiler movement,and reduce the power supply coal consumption. This paper introduces the principle,application and maintenance of carbon-in-ash measuring equipment. And finally,it indicates the considerable problems in applications. |
