膜法富氧助燃技术在工业锅炉中的应用

摘    要:膜法富氧助燃技术能用于各种燃料和大多数工业锅炉。该高新技术采用局部增氧,所需富氧量仅为所需空气量的1%-3%,而原来鼓风量和引风量均显著下降。目前该项技术在国内已推广应用了数十家,不但显著节能、增产,而且环保达标,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Membrane technology for oxygen-enriched combustion-assistance can be used in multifarious fuels and various industrial boilers.A technology of local oxygen-increasing is used in this high technology,the amount of oxygen-enriched air is only about 1-3% of the amount of air needed,but the original amount of blast and suction will observably be reduced.Now dozens of boiler and furnace users have bought our apparatuses and/or technologies related for combustion-assistance,and these have showed social and economical benefits and advantages.It will not only reduce fuel consumption,increase the output,and improve combustion efficiency,prolong furnace life,reduce of furnace erosion and atmospheric contamination favorable for environmental protection and recoup all capital outlays in a few months.
