低比例甲醇汽油对电喷汽油机排放影响的实验研究

摘    要:在HH465Q-1E电喷发动机上进行了低比例甲醇汽油混合燃料的掺烧试验,结果表明与93#汽油相比燃用M5,M10,M15时发动机的动力性、经济性均得到改善。中低转速时,HC和CO排放物都显著降低,但在高转速时排放均有所增加,而NOx排放在中低转速时,有明显的提高,在高转速时降幅明显。M15中添加添加剂后排放有显著的改善。

Abstract:Methanol-gasoline fuels in low proportion are applied in HH465Q-1E EFI engine, the result indicates that both of the power performance and economical efficiency of the fuels (M5, M10, M15) are improved by contrast with 93# gasoline. HC and CO emissions are saliently reduced in low and middle speed of the engine, increased in high speed; while NOx emission is obviously increased in low and middle speed, descended in high speed. The additives used in the M15 fuel, the emissions are much better.
