摘    要:针对低速机新机型的研发,需要对主轴承的轴瓦进行挤压点安装实验,通过有限元数值计算方法,提取结果中主轴承盖与轴承座之间的接触开口与变化,然后通过数据处理得到挤压点对应的螺栓液压拉伸器泵紧压力,从而准确地计算得到主轴承轴瓦的安装挤压点,节省了实验成本,提高了研发效率。

Abstract:For the research and development of a new type of low-speed engine,it is necessary to carry out crush point installation experiment on the main bearing shell.Through the finite element numerical calculation method,the contact opening and the change between the main bearing cap and the bearing block are extracted from the results,and then the tightening pressure of the hydraulic pretensioner of the crush point is obtained through data processing,so as to accurately calculate the installation crush point of the main bearing shell,saving the experimental cost and improved efficiency.
