1000 MW超超临界双切圆锅炉的调试与启动

在调试超超临界锅炉的过程中,进行了冷态动力场试验、锅炉蒸汽吹管、锅炉整套启动等试验项目。根据某电厂扩建1000 MW超超临界双切圆锅炉在调试时出现多项问题,有针对性地提出了解决方法和步骤,并对整套启动过程中锅炉侧出现问题进行了分析,可为同类型锅炉的调试工作提供经验。

Commissioning and Strat-up of 1000 MW Ultra Supercritical Dual Circle Tangentially Firing Boiler

During the process of commissioning ultra-supercritical boiler,the test items such as cold state aerodynamic field test,boiler steam pipe blowing,whole boiler set start-up are carried out.According to the many problems in commissioning of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical dual circle boiler in a power plant,the solutions and steps are put forward,and the problems on the boiler side during the whole set start-up process are analyzed,which can provide experience for the commissioning of the same type boilers.
