UP直流锅炉水冷壁运行安全性分析

摘    要:本文使用计算机辅助计算方法,以上海石洞口电厂投运的UP直流锅炉水冷壁为对象,在炉内火焰中心发生偏斜的非正常工况的热负荷分布以及机组负荷为300MW、200MW、240MW以及210MW的不同负荷下,计算水冷壁各管屏内工质的水力偏差及热偏差,并据此计算水冷壁管壁金属温度,以判断哪些管屏在哪些位置可能发生水冷壁爆管事故,并提出防止发生爆管事故的措施和机组的安全运行分析提供根据。本文的计算结果可供其他UP直流锅炉水冷壁的运行安全性分析作参考.图5表5

Abstract:Based on the UP once-through boiler waterwall operated in Shanghai Shidong kou Power Plant,this paper calculates the deviation of flow rate and thermal imbalance in waterwall pauels under the condition that the flame center is drilted at different loads of 300MW, 260MW, 240MW and 210MW. The calculation results are ueed to analyze the tube wall metal temperature in waterwalls and to judge the panels and location where tube failure could happen, which provides the basis for tube failure prevention and operation safety analysis. The calculation results may also be used as reference for opera tion safety analysis of other UP once-through boiler waterwalls.
