摘    要:介绍了10 kV架空绝缘导线雷击断线机理及现有的一些主要防治方法,提出了一种新型10 kV架空绝缘导线防雷击断线装置——防雷金具的主要设计思想、结构和技术要求。在此基础上,对防雷金具分别进行了详细的大电流热稳定试验、雷电冲击高压试验和工频电弧烧灼试验,三个方面的技术性能全部达到了试验要求,完全可以满足10 kV架空绝缘导线防雷击断线的要求。该防雷金具具有免维护的特点,适合在城区杆塔不能接地的场合使用。

Abstract:Theories and some main protection methods of lightning-caused breaking of insulation-covered conductors in 10 kV overhead distribution networks were introduced.The main designing,structure and technology of a new type of lightening protection hardware were put forward.High current heat stabiliazation test,lightning attack high voltage test and main frequency arc burning test were performed which concerned three technical characterisitics of lightening protection hardware.The results indicated that lightening protection hardware could meet the requirements of lightning-caused breaking of covered conductors in 10 kV distribution networks.The lightening protection hardware needs no maintenance and it is practical where towers cannot be connected to ground in city.
