离心压缩机无叶扩压器的改进新方法

摘    要:研究了某高压比离心压缩机无叶扩压器的性能,提出在无叶扩压器轮盘侧加装一定高度机翼型导叶的改进方法。结果表明,这种扩压器可以改善其内部流动,提高自身的压力恢复系数和效率,从而改善离心压缩机的整级性能。

Abstract:A new method of a centrifugal compressor with a huh airfoil-vane diffuser was proposed and applied based on the investigation of a centrifugal compressor with vaneless diffuser. The results show that the flow in the hub airfoil-vane diffuser with certain vane height is better than that in a vaneless diffuser. It prove that the hub airfoil-vane diffuser can improve the performance of a compressor with a vaneless diffuser.
