电控单体泵电磁阀驱动模块的研究

摘    要:完成了电控单体泵电磁阀的驱动模块的设计,由微控制器(MCU)-TC1724的模数转换(A/D)模块进行电磁阀驱动电流Peak&Hold的采集,并利用MCU的通用定时器阵列(GPTA)模块输出高低端开关的控制信号.通过对驱动模块原理的分析和软硬件设计,完成了电控单体泵驱动模块的实验.实验结果表明该驱动模块达到了柴油机电控单体泵系统的驱动要求.

Abstract:This paper completes the design of driving current of electronically controlled unit pump solenoid valve.By the module of conversion (A/D) module of microcontroller (MCU)-TC1724,the Peak & Hold driving current of the solenoid valve is sampled,and the high and low switch control signals are outputted by General Purpose Timer Array (GPTA) module of the MCU.Through the analysis of the principle of the driving module and the hardware and software design,the experiment of driving module was finished on electric unit pump.The results show that the driving module satisfies the demand of electric unit pump system.
