高温空气燃烧若干因素对NO_x生成量的影响

摘    要:高温空气燃烧的关键技术之一是获得低氧环境,以降低NOx生成量。通过对与高温空气燃烧技术有关的稀释剂、燃料射流和空气射流速度、燃料射流倾斜角度、燃烧空气散布角、燃料喷嘴和空气喷嘴之间的距离、空气预热温度、燃料预热温度和过量空气系数等因素进行分析,总结了一些因素对NOx生成量的影响,可以为工程技术改造提供建议,实现节能和环保的双重效果。

Abstract:NO_x produced in large quantities by industrial production processes is a kind of important substance,which can lead to the formation of photochemical smog and acid rain.In view of this,the reduction of NO_x emissions is currently an important task facing us.One of the key techniques of high-temperature air combustion consists in the assurance of a low-oxygen environment to reduce NO_x generation amount.The authors in summing up a few key factors have come to the conclusion that a series of measures should be taken to achieve the aim of reducing NO_x emissions.These measures are: the adoption of diluents of a relatively high heat capacity,an increase in velocity of fuel and air jet flows,the use of a greater inclination angle for the fuel jet flow,an increase in the distance between fuel nozzle and air nozzle and the adoption of a higher fuel preheating temperature.Meanwhile,to achieve a complete combustion of the fuel,the air preheating temperature should be properly increased and the excess air factor also be slightly greater than 1.
