| 摘 要： | 海上风电是最具发展潜力的可再生能源之一。浙江是能源消费大省,加快海上风电产业发展是发挥海洋资源优势,培育海洋经济增长点的重要抓手和构建新型电力系统的重要举措。本文在梳理浙江省海上风电产业发展基本情况的基础上,总结其产业发展的优势和劣势,提出产业发展总体思路和多措并举推动海上风电产业发展壮大。

Research on the Development Approach and Policy Recommendations of Zhejiang Offshore Wind Power Industry |

| Abstract: | The offshore wind power is one of the most promising renewable energy sources.Zhejiang is a major energy consumption province.The development of the offshore wind power industry is cultivating marine economic growth points,as well as building a new power system.Based on the systematic analysis of the development of offshore wind power industry in Zhejiang province,some advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Then,this paper puts forward the overall idea of offshore wind power industry and puts forward multiple measures to promote the development and growth of the offshore wind power industry. |
