| 摘 要： | 分析了山东省煤炭消费现状,包括煤炭消费整体情况以及分行业、分区域煤炭消费情况,研究了山东省开展煤炭消费总量控制工作面临的问题,进行了电力、钢铁、化工、电解铝、建材五大高耗煤行业煤炭消费减量潜力分析,从严控煤炭消费、强化清洁高效利用、扩大非煤替代规模等方面提出了山东省煤炭消费总量控制路径。

Research on the Path of Total Coal Consumption Control in Shandong Province |

| Abstract: | The present situation of coal consumption in Shandong Province is analyzed,including the overall situation and coal consumption in different industries and regions.The problems of coal consumption control in Shandong Province is studied.The coal consumption reduction potential of five high energy consuming industries including electric power,steel,chemical industry,electrolytic aluminum and building materials was analyzed.The path of total coal consumption control in Shandong Province was put forward from the aspects of strictly controlling coal consumption,strengthening clean and efficient utilization,and expanding the scale of non coal substitution. |
