摘    要:为了获得风力机襟翼的优化结构,本文采用多学科设计优化框架软件ISIGHT、CFD软件Fluent以及遗传算法,针对加装襟翼式结构的气动性能进行了优化设计。软件集成了襟翼的参数化表达、网格划分、流场分析、结构优化设计四个模块,实现了多学科领域的精确分析和整个优化循环过程的自动化运行。优化结果表明:Gurney襟翼的设计高度为弦长的2%、设计宽度为弦长0.2%将得到最大的升阻比,上述研究结果和实验结果一致。本文的研究方法可为襟翼及其他气动外形优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to obtain the structural optimization of the flaps of wind turbine ,to establish the airfoil model with Gurney flap, optimization the aerodynamic characteristics of the Gurney flap design,based on multidisciplinary design optimization framework Isight,CFD software,and genetic optimization algorithm .The software integrates four modules about the flaps,such as parameter expression, mesheration, flow field analysis, structural optimization design,and achieves precise analysis of the multi-disciplinary field and automated operation of the entire optimization cycle. The conclusions suggest that the Gurney flap with 2% of the chord length and 0.2% of the chord length will get the biggest lift-drag ratio. At last,the research methods can be referenced by others .
