| Abstract: | The photosynthetic bacteria S1 and S2 are isolated from the anaerobic photo-synthetic reactor. The strain S1 is identified to be chlorobium limicola, and the strain S2 is identified to be rhodopseudomonas palustris. These two strains have great potential in purification of waste water and production of CH4, because they can utilize a few simple organic compounds and contain hydrogenase. |
