摘    要:介绍了中国直流锅炉的发展过程和上海发电设备成套设计研究院对超临界压力锅炉炉膛水冷壁系统的试验研究,提出了超临界锅炉理想的水冷壁应具有的特性,同时以实例对垂直管屏水冷壁和螺旋管圈水冷壁的水动力特性进行了计算和对比,并提出了若干建议.

Abstract:With tracing back on historical development of once-through boilers in China,the experimental study on water wall system in supercritical pressure boiler in test rig of Shanghai Power Equipment Research Institute(SPERI) has been illustrated.It addressed the required and reasonable feature for water wall of supercritical pressure boilers.The hydrodynamic performance of vertical coil and spirally wound water wall patterns have been calculated and compared respectively.Some suggestion for proper design is also made.
