摘    要:在环-块式摩擦试验机上,试验研究了3种PTFE自润滑材料的摩擦系数随滑动速度和正压力的变化趋势。试环采用45~#不锈钢,自润滑试块分别采用普通填充PTFE、30%碳纤维增强PTFE和C/C+PTFE 3种自润滑材料制成。滑动速度和正压力的变化对摩擦系数的影响因材料的不同而不同。普通填充PTFE和30%碳纤维增强PTFE的摩擦系数在某一速度范围内出现最小值。正压力大于19.6 N时,C/C+PTFE的摩擦系数低于30%碳纤维增强PTFE,并且最小可达0.20以下。当正压力接近50 N时,C/C+PTFE的摩擦系数几乎不受滑动速度的影响。在高压高速的条件下,C/C+PTFE是比较理想的自润滑密封材料。
