摘    要:应用2^k析因试验设计方法可同时考虑多项因素及其交互作用对响应变量的影响。本文基于SAS(Statistical Analysis System)软件中发动机的2^5无重复析因试验数据,研究了发动机中NOx排放的影响因素,对优化发动机设计,降低NOx排放起到了指示作用。

Abstract:Two level factorial experimental design is provided as a method different from the traditional "one-factor-at-a-time" design, which takes into account several factors and their interactions simultaneously. The primary theory and analysis methods of the design are interpreted thoroughly. Based on the 2~5 factorial experimental datum of the ICE from the SAS software, the effect factor fo NO_X emission was analysized with this design method. It is shown that two level factorial experiment design can be used as indicator for the optimizing design of ICE and the reducing of NO_X emissions.
