内燃机散热器的设计研究

摘    要:作者分析了内燃机散热器设计中应考虑的几点因素,提出了关于内燃机散热器设计的一种观点,在以标定功率工况设计散热器后应对散热器在极限工况下进行修正设计,这些极限工况下主要包括爬坡行驶工况和怠速运转工况。并推荐了一种散热器的设计进风温度的确定原则。

Abstract:The several factors that must be taken into account in design of radiators for internal combustion engines have been analyzed. A conception has been proposed, i.e., under limit operating condition, such as vehicle climbing, engine idle running, some modifications must be made to the radiator that was designed for rated opereating condition. The criterion for setting inlet air temperature has also been proposed.
