摘    要:建立了493车用柴油机缸孔变形的整体接触关系模型,提出了缸盖垫的非线性组合模型及缸套圆环模型。对缸孔在缸盖螺栓预紧力下的变形进行数值模拟,并在相同状态下进行静态测量。模拟结果表明:对于4缸柴油机而言,第二缸与第三缸变形的方向和大小均相似,而第一缸与第四缸则各不相同。静态测量结果显示:各横截面的变形趋势及最大变形位置与模拟结果基本相同,变形值误差为3%~12%。采用模拟计算和试验测量相结合的方法,可以获得缸孔变形的全面信息,为优化结构设计提供依据。同时也可对模拟模型和边界条件的正确性进行标定和验证。
