摘    要:核电站控制系统作为复杂及精密度极高的大型工程产品,为实现其全面、准确且易于操作,功能分析是其设计过程中极其重要的活动之一。分析了现有功能分析方法如FAST法、去除和操作程序法及功能结构法应用于大型产品功能分析的不足;由控制系统的产品特性,引入基于工艺系统约束的功能概念;提出了功能树分解与功能结构分析相结合的创新性功能分析方法,详细阐述了该方法的执行步骤;并以核电站控制系统功能中的RCS水装量功能为示例,论证其应用于核电站控制系统功能分析的可行性。

Abstract:NPP Control System has been recognized as extreme complex and precision as well as large scale product, thus it is one of the most major design activities that fully, accurately and operationally functional analysis. In this paper, it was discovered that several disadvantages of present functional analysis methods included FAST, the subtract and operate procedure and functional procedure method; owing to the identity of control system, the concept of function based on technological system constraints was introduced; the innovative functional analysis methods enveloped here was the combination of functional tree and structure, as well as its decomposition steps; and RCS Inventory function has been employed to demonstrate the feasibility of this method.
