车辆发动机缸套磨损计算模型

摘    要:针对车辆发动机剩余寿命难以预测的问题,基于经典的Archard磨损模型,利用响应面方法对不同载荷条件下磨损试验结果进行拟合,得到了模型中的磨损修正系数,建立了动载荷条件下的缸套磨损计算模型;并通过动载荷条件模拟试验进行了模型验证。验证结果表明:模型精度较高,误差在5%以内。

Abstract:Residual life of vehicle engines is difficult to predict.To solve this problem, based on the classic Archard wear model,using the response surface method, wear experimental results under different load conditions were fitted to get the wear correction coefficient model,and cylinder liner wear parts model under conditions of dynamic load was built up. The model was verified by experiments under conditions of dynamic load.The results show that the precision of this model is high and the error is within 5%.
