基于缺能经济损失的上海市天然气储备量分析

摘    要:天然气燃烧后无废渣、废水产生,相较煤炭、石油等能源具有使用安全、热值高、洁净等优势,在上海能源供应比例快速增长,已在能源供应中起到了举足轻重的作用.通过天然气供应系统可靠性分析以及天然气缺能经济损失的计算,提出了上海市天然气最优储备天数的分析方法,并以2011年为例进行了定量计算.分析结果显示,上海市天然气供应中断对经济损失影响较为稳定,但用来防止供应中断的天然气应急储备仍显不足.

Abstract:Comparing to coal, oil and other energy sources, natural gas is clean and safe to use. It has a high calorific value and does not produce waste residue and waste water after combustion. Nattlral gas has showed a rapid growth in the energy supply ratio and has played an important role in the energy supply chain in Shanghai. Based on the reliability analysis of natural gas supply system and the economic cost calculation of natural gas shortage,an analytic method for the optimal days of Shanghai natural gas reserves was presented. Quantitative calculations were carried out and the results showed that in 20l i the impact of the gas supply disruptions on economic losses is stable, but the supply of natural gas emergency reserve is inadequate.
