摘    要:鉴于瓦斯继电器误动故障频发,重瓦斯整定值的确定无相关理论支撑,且标准陈旧,针对某国产瓦斯继电器,应用Fluent软件中用户自定义函数(UDF)搭建了一个基于动网格法的计算平台,模拟了试验台无法提供的极端工况下重瓦斯报警过程,以得到继电器内流场细节。研究为整定值标准的制定提供了参考。

Abstract:In view of the frequent malfunction of the gas relay, the lack of theoretical support for the setting value, and the obsolescence of the standards, a computation platform using the dynamic grid method was built on the basis of domestic SiXing Buchholz relay and user defined function in Fluent in this paper. The heavy gas alarm process under the extreme conditions was simulated, which the test bench couldn''t finish. The internal flow field inside the relay was detailed. It can provide the reference for formulating the setting value standard.
