基于CCD的高温目标识别方法

摘    要:随着对大型锻件高精度的在线测量需求越来越迫切,对大型锻件高精度在线非接触测量原理与实现方法进行研究,具有重要的理论价值和工程应用前景。CCD测量方法因其具有可远程、快速、高精度以及对环境无特殊要求,且价格远低于激光扫描法等特点,成为最具研究和应用前景的大型锻件测量方法。为此,提出基于CCD实时非接触测量,其测量方法主要难点包括场景照明、图像预处理和图像重要特征的提取。以高温锻件图像处理方法为例,采用基于RGB空间对高温目标识别的方法,使图像处理更加简便、精确。

Abstract:With increasingly higher requirements on the quality of large forgings,the demand for their high-precision real-time measurements is growing urgently,and the measurement of large-forgings sizes has become an essential problem having to be solved in the production.The real-time measurement method based on CCD camera is a non-contact,fast and high-precision measuring technique with high research value and broad prospects of application to large forgings measurements.In addition,this method has no special requirements to the environment and its cost is far lower than the laser scanning method.At present the technical difficulties encountered in CCD real-time measurements are the unpredictable illumination of workplace,preprocessing of images,pattern analysis and extracting important features.In this paper,experiments on acquiring and processing images of high-temperature forgings were carried out,and the segmentation threshold based on RGB space was used,which can greatly simplify the image processing.
