摘    要:搭建了研究水合物浆生成、流动、传热特性的实验系统,对添加TBAB、TWEEN两种防聚剂的CO_2水合物浆与纯水系中的CO_2水合物浆进行比较,从而筛选出流动特性最好的防聚剂种类及其对应的质量分数.结果发现,添加TBAB和TWEEN后能有效阻止水合物聚集成团,提高了浆体的稳定性和均匀性.研究表明:当流速为0.2~0.4 m·s~(-1)时,浆体表现为H-B流体,呈剪切变稀特性;当流速为0.4~0.6 m·s-1时,TBAB质量分数分别为0.3%、0.9%和TWEEN质量分数为0.6%时浆体均表现为宾汉姆流体,呈剪切变浓特性,其余质量分数时浆体与低流速区相似,均表现为H-B流体,呈剪切变稀特性.提高TBAB质量分数,对改善CO_2水合物浆流动效果明显,而当TWEEN质量分数为0.6%时浆体的流动特性最好.

Abstract:An experimental system was established to study the formation,flow,and heat transfer characteristics of CO2 hydrate slurry.Comparison of the rheological and heat transfer characteristics between the presence of TBAB or TWEEN and pure water was made to select the best anti-polymerization and its corresponding concentration.It could be found that anti-polymerization inhibitor could effectively prevent CO2 hydrate slurry from clumping together and improve the stability and uniformity of the fluid.The experimental results showed that when the flow rate was over the range from 0.2 to 0.4 m·s-1,the slurry followed shear thinning behavior and was classified as H-B fluid.As the flow rate was within the range from 0.4 to 0.6 m·s-1,the slurry with the TBAB concentration of 0.3% and 0.9%,as well as the TWEEN concentration of 0.6%,followed shear thickening behavior and was classified as Bingham fluid.The others followed shear thinning behavior and were classified H-B fluid.With the rising of TBAB concentration,the improved flow behavior of CO2 hydrate slurry was observed.The best flow behavior of the slurry with TWEEN concentration of 0.6% could be achieved.
