机车柴油机活塞的技术发展与创新

摘    要:简要介绍了我国机车柴油机活塞技术开发体系,即以活塞加速寿命试验技术、组合活塞仿真分析技术、活塞环槽抗磨损试验技术和组合活塞失效模式及失效原因分析技术等为核心的活塞技术开发体系,并扼要介绍了这些技术的实际应用。根据我国引进内燃机车及其先进技术消化、吸收、再创新的要求,针对引进机车柴油机活塞的特点和中速柴油机活塞发展趋势,提出机车柴油机活塞创新技术路线,并简要介绍目前的一些实践。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the technology development system of locomotive diesel engine piston using the piston accelerating life test,FEA simulation of composite piston,experimental research for anti-wear of piston ring groove,failure mode and failure cause analysis as the core technologies and some examples using these technologies are presented.To meet the request of re-innovation after introducing diesel locomotive advanced technology,and aiming at the characteris-tics of introduced diesel locomotive piston and the development trend of medium-speed diesel engine pistont,he technical route of locomotive diesel engine piston innovation is proposed,and some present application examples are demonstrated in brief.
