基于神经网络的柴油机性能建模

摘    要:提出了正交试验法与神经网络相结合,建立柴油机动力性、经济性及排放特性与柴油机运转参数间神经网络模型的方法,研究了转速、供油量、VGT开度和过量空气系数变化对柴油机性能的影响,用复相关系数检验模型的泛化能力,确定模型的权值矩阵。研究表明该方法可行并可较好地预测柴油机的性能。

Abstract:A model for predicting diesel engine power output, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions with engine operating parameters was proposed based on the orthogonal test and neural network. The effect of engine speed, amount of fuel supplied, VGT opening and excess air ratio on engine performance were investigated, and the complex correlation coefficient was used to verify the extensive ability of model to determine the weight value matrix. The study showed that the method was feasible and could accurately predict the engine performances.
