摘    要:开发了一种新型电控柴油机实时仿真系统。建立了基于循环的离散平均值模型以保证仿真系统的实时性和精确性 ,该模型可以仿真柴油机的动态过程。此外针对具体类型的发动机建立了部分基于试验数据的图表模型 ,以在不影响实用性的同时进一步提高仿真精度。系统硬件基于个人计算机和通用的工业接口板卡设计 ,具有较好的通用性和扩展性。测试及应用结果表明 ,该系统具有很好的实时性和较高的精确性。

Abstract:For the electronic control system development of diesel engines,Real Time Simulation System (RTSS) has become more and more important along with the progress of electronic control technology of diesel engine.In this paper,the principle of a new RTSS for electronic control diesel engine was introduced and the developed RTSS was presented.The core of the Computer Real Time Simulation System is the real time model.In this paper,a cycle domain discrete mean value model that can perform real time simulation of turbocharged diesel engine is adopted.The model considers the main dynamic processes in the turbocharged diesel engine.Furthermore,the map based model from the test results of given engine is built to deal with the nonlinear engine characteristics.It also include dynamometer sub model etc.This model can run quickly enough meanwhile it is accurate enough for the electronic engine control development purpose.The hardware of system is implemented based on a personal computer and industrial general purpose interface board.A lot of tests of the developed simulation system have been done.The test results and long time applications show that the designed system has good comprehensive performance,especially good flexibility and expansibility.
