摘    要:在提出应用图像处理进行故障诊断的基础上,探讨了利用内燃机振动信号产生图像的方法。在对振动信号进行重抽样处理的基础上,实现了振动信号的灰度图像表示,从缸盖振动信号的灰度图像中提取图像特征并对图像特征进行模糊化处理,设计神经网络分类器,实现了对气阀机构故障的诊断与分类。

Abstract:The fault diagnosis method based on image processing is presented.The approach of engendering image from the cylinder head vibration signal is investigated in detail.By re-sampling the vibration signals,the vibration signals were denoted by gray images.The texture features of gray images and features of grey histogram were extracted.With these parameters fuzzied,a BP neural network designed as a classifier can carry out fault diagnosis for the valve train effectively.
