模糊PID控制在电厂过热气温控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对发电厂的过热汽温控制系统中锅炉过热器出口温度的非线性、时变性、滞后性等特点,文中提出了一种模糊PID控制在过热汽温控制系统中的应用。该控制系统能够很好地克服非线性和时变性,使过热汽温控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性,从而提高了控制系统的控制品质,提高了过热器的生产效率。

Abstract:The outlet temperature of boiler super heater in the superheated steam temperature control system is with nonlinear, time-varying, delay characteristics, a fuzzy PID control is applied in the superheated steam temperature control system in this paper. The control system can better overcome the nonlinear, time-varying characteristics, which makes the superheated steam temperature control system has strong robust, so the quality of the control system is improved and better control effect is obtained.
