饱和蒸汽疏水量的研究及应用

摘    要:经过对实际运行电厂的考察,利用传热学理论对饱和蒸汽疏水管道的疏水量计算方法进行了探讨。推导了启动和额定运行两种工况下,蒸汽管道疏水量的计算公式,并以我国某电站的参数为例进行了验证计算,结果证明文中推导的饱和蒸汽管道的疏水量计算方法是准确可靠的。该方法可为疏水阀门选型提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Investigate drain quantity calculation method of saturated steam piping according to heat transfer theory and by the actual operational plant' survey.Induce formula for drain quantity of steam pipe under start up operating and rated operating conditions and adopt present operation plant datum for verification which indicate that the method is accurate and reliable.The method may serve as references on drain valve selection.
