热泵回收电厂循环水余热模型运行方式的经济性分析

摘    要:在热电联产机组中,汽轮机乏汽的热量被排放到环境中,致使机组冷源损失较大,机组热效率难以提升,并且会造成环境的热污染,为了回收大量循环冷却水余热,本文以某电厂N200/CC144-12.75/535/535/0.981/0.245型机组为例,利用热泵技术回收电厂循环冷却水余热,建立余热回收物理模型和数学模型,与原系统进行对比分析,结果表明该模型提高了系统的经济性;并选定不同的工作参数对模型进行计算分析,择选出较为经济的工作参数,为以后余热回收工作提供了一些参考。

Economic Analysis on the Run Mode of Heat Pump Recycling Plant Circulating Water Waste Heat Model

Abstract:In the cogeneration unit, exhaust heat of steam turbine is released into the environment, resulting in great loss of the cold sources, thermal pollution and difficult to improve thermal efficiency of the unit, in order to recover a large number of circulating water waste heat, taking the N200/ CC144 - 12.75/535/535/0.981/0. 245unit as an example, using of heat pump technology, Intends to recycle the circulating water waste heat, physical and mathematical models of the waste heat recovery model were established, compared with he original system and the results show that? the model improves the thermal economy of the system; selected different working parameters on the unit for analysis and calculation, and select a more economical working parameters, for the later work provides some reference for waste heat recovery.
