CFB锅炉风帽改造及试验研究

摘    要:钟罩式风帽存在的问题与现场安装、运行控制和日常检修息息相关,文中针对某厂循环流化床锅炉钟罩式风帽存在的问题进行分析研究,改造应用新型耐磨防漏渣风帽,完成了布风板阻力试验和料层阻力试验.结果显示,改造后风室漏渣和流化不均彻底消除,改造取得了圆满成功,相关研究可为今后循环流化床锅炉同类改造参考.

Abstract:Bell - type air nozzle problems and installation, operation control and daily maintenance is closely related to this paper circulating fluidized bed boiler factory bell - type air nozzle Problems were analyzed, the transformation of the application of new wear - resistant anti - leak bell - type air nozzle, completion of the air distribution plate resistance testing and material layer resistance tests. The results showed that, after the transformation of air box leakage flow of slag and eliminate inequality, the transformation was a complete success, and the research may transform circulating fluidized bed boiler of similar reference in the future.
