| 摘 要： | 本文概述了帽式粗滤器、盆式粗滤器、切向进气式粗滤器、叶片环式粗滤器、旋流管式粗滤器等空气粗滤器的种类和工作原理，并对各粗滤器的性能进行了实验室性能试验和研究，利用实验室的模拟试验及分析结果，为提高粗滤效率，延长空滤器保养周期和使用寿命、避免内燃机的早磨问题的解决提供了可行性较强的设计方案和建议，为专业人员的设计与选择提供了一个参考。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses configuration and working principle of bowl shaped, tangential intake, vane vacuum and swirl tube air filter, and the test and research of their performance is carried out in laboratory. The simulated test in lab and the analysis results are provided to draw the design plan to improve efficiency of pre - filtering and prolong the service life of air filter, as well as it is a reference for the professional technicians to do design. |
