摘    要:本文采用多体动力学方法,建立了某汽油机连杆大头轴承润滑特性分析的弹性液体动力学(EHD)模型。着重进行了峰值油膜总压、最大粗暴接触压力、最小油膜厚度及平均摩擦功率损失等参数的计算与分析。结果表明,该连杆的大头轴承润滑特性指标均满足要求,润滑特性较好。

Abstract:Based on muti -body dynamics method, the elastic hydrodynamic model is established to analyze the lubrication characteristics of the big - end bearing of the connecting rod of a gasoline engine. The parameters are calculated and analyzed in details, including total peak pressure, peak asperity contact pressure, minimum oil film thickness, mean friction power loss and so on. The results show that the lubrication state of the big - end bearing is acceptable and satisfactory.
