陶瓷厚度与约束对陶瓷复合靶抗弹性能的影响

摘    要:为研究陶瓷厚度与三维约束对陶瓷复合靶抗中等口径弹丸侵彻性能的影响,设计了3种陶瓷复合靶,采用30 mm模型弹进行侵彻试验,得到了靶体破坏与弹丸侵蚀特征以及侵彻过程高速摄像图像;基于数值模拟,分析了陶瓷厚度和约束对靶体极限速度和抗弹机制的影响.当复合靶平面尺寸不大时,陶瓷厚度和约束是影响抗弹性能的重要因素,增加陶瓷厚度与三维约束能有效提高抗弹能力.
