电热加速器集总参数模型弹道效应分析

摘    要:电热轻气炮是实现弹丸超高速发射的一种有效途径,在其放电过程中,电能密度,充气压力,药室容积以及工质种类等参数是影响系统弹道性能的重要因素,本文在给出电热轻气炮数学模型基础上,利用所建内模弹道与放电回路的耦合编码详细分析了主要系统参数地弹道性能,能量利用率的影响,以12.7mm口径氦工质电热轻气炮为例,在弹丸质量为8g时,对系统参数进行了优化设计。

Abstract:The main objective in this paper is to determine the effect of some system parameters on the ballistic performance of electrothermal light gas launcher. A lumped parameter IB model of electrothermal launcher is given. The influence of the variation of the initial pressure ( p 0) , electrical energy density ( e 0) , chamber volume, diaphragm broken pressure, and characteristic of the gas on system performance is analyzed, and the resistance of arc are calculated with the experimental equation of R=R(p 0,e 0) . The parametric study shows the importance of initial pressure, chamber volume, and total electrical energy expended on gun performance, and the optimization study of the interior ballistic process for electrothermal light gas launcher are discussed also.
