摘    要:为了准确表征陶瓷/纤维轻型装甲复合材料的抗侵彻性能,提高抗弹性能评估的可靠性,通过12.7 mm穿甲燃烧弹打击侵彻被测靶板的DOP试验方法,以质量防护系数表征分析了陶瓷/纤维复合装甲板在不同打击位置的抗侵彻能力。数据表明:以陶瓷片铺层的复合装甲板在不同打击点的抗弹性能分散性较大,存在抗侵彻典型区域和危险点,弹体着靶位置影响对其抗弹性能的评价。只有充分考虑危险点的试验数据,陶瓷/纤维复合装甲板的抗弹性能试验评估才能更准确、可靠。

Abstract:To accurately characterize the anti-penetration performance of ceramic/fiber composite armor and improve reliability of ballistic performance assessment,the mass efficiency of different impact-points on ceramic/fiber composite armor plate were studied by depth-of-penetration(DOP)method.The 12.7 mm armor piercing projectiles were used in this experiment.The data indicates that the ballistic performance of different impact-points was different,especially for typical regions and risk points.The assessment of ballistic performance was affected by hit points on the plate.The test results on risk points should be fully considered to characterize the ballistic performance of ceramic/fiber composite armor plate more accurately and reliably.
