摘 要: | 为了能在二级维修体制下装备研制阶段就能根据装备的特性参数对装备使用可用度进行评估,采用MARKOV过程,考虑延误时间的装甲装备使用可用度评估模型;通过该模型,为装备设计和研制人员提供一种在新的维修体制下,以装甲装备的研制阶段装备系统的参数为依据评估装甲装备的使用可用度提供的方法。

Abstract: | In order to assess the availability of equipment at the development stage under the two mainte-nance system according to the characteristic parameters,this paper uses MARKOV process,considering the delay time of armored equipment operational availability assessment model.Though this model,it pro-vides a method to evaluate the use of armored equipment availability,with the equipment design and devel-opment staff parameters,under the new maintenance system. |
