高精度精密相位检测仪的研究与设计

摘    要:正弦信号的相位检测是许多测量工程的一项基本而重要的任务。给出了2种相位检测设计方案:脉冲填充计数法(方案一)和模拟相乘法(方案二),分别对方案一与方案二的可行性进行分析,通过对两者的比较,确定方案二为本次设计内容。对模拟相乘法的电路功能实现和实验数据2方面进行分析与设计,考虑到实际应用的要求,方案二设计由RC移相网络、滤波电路、时钟电路3个模块构成,采用DDS技术生成2路正弦波信号,在高频状态下,实现相位检测的高精度、高稳定性等要求。

Abstract:Signal phase detection is a basic and important task in a lot of surveying engineering. This paper presented two phase detection schemes: pulse stuffing counting method ( plan ) and analog multiplication ( scheme two), respectively. The study analyzed the feasibility of the two schemes, Firstly, through the comparison of two methods for determining scheme, scheme two was determined as the content of the design. The analog multiplication circuit function realization and experimental data of two aspects were analyzed and designed. Considering the requirements of practical application, scheme two was designed by RC phase-shifting network, filter circuit, clock circuit three modules, using DDS technology to generate two sinusoidal signals, at high frequencies, so as to achieve requirements of high accuracy and high stabili- ty in phase detection.
