摘    要:研究了基于分级的单质含能材料合成工艺安全评价方法。从合成反应热危险性、工艺危险点及可控性、工艺危险性等3个方面进行细致分析,确定了工艺危险性分级;将单质含能材料合成工艺划分为4个量级,给出了各个量级与工艺危险性分级的对应关系;提出了分级方法在工艺改进、提高本质安全性方面的应用建议和具体措施。

Grading Method for Single Compound Energetic Materials Synthesis Process Safety Evaluation
Abstract:Grading method for single compound energetic materials synthesis process safety evaluation was proposed.Detailed analysis of the process from risk of synthetic heat reaction,technology risk point and risk control and process risk were proposed to establish the risk classification.The elemental that can contain material synthesis process was divided into four orders of magnitude,and the corresponding relation of each level and process risk classification were given.Classification method,suggestions and specific measures to improve the essence safety and technology improvement in the application of process were proposed.
