光致形变效应及其在引信驱动器中的应用

摘    要:针对传统引信体积大、可控性差、易受电磁干扰等问题,提出了光驱动的驱动方式;通过对光致形变聚合物材料的光致形变效应研究,提出了将其应用到引信光驱动上的构思及设计方案,实现引信不直接依靠外界环境力,而是利用光致形变聚合物材料在光照下的变形解除保险;光驱动方式具有小型化、可控性好、抗电磁干扰等特点,符合引信更加灵巧化和智能化的发展方向。

Light Deformation Effect and Its Application in Fuze Drives

Abstract:Focused on the big traditional fuze,poor controllability,vulnerable to electromagnetic interference and other issues,the light drive mode were proposed.According to the research for the light deformation effect of light deformation polymer materials,the conception and designing scheme that applied it to the fuze optical drives were put forward.It realizes that fuze does not directly depend on the external environment,but using the deformation of light deformation polymer materials in the light to remove insurance. With characteristics of miniaturization,good controllability,resistance to electromagnetic interference,the photic driving accords with the development direction of smart and intelligent fuze.
