带攻角弹体斜侵彻混凝土深度计算公式对比分析

摘    要:为了分析经典侵彻深度经验公式对带攻角弹体斜侵彻混凝土靶的适用性,介绍了目前应用较广且精度较高的混凝土侵彻深度计算经验公式,并以152 mm一级轻气炮为试验平台,通过弹体攻角、倾角联合侵彻C30素混凝土靶的试验加载测试系统进行试验研究,测得了弹体着靶速度、开坑尺寸和侵彻深度。并应用各经验公式对带攻角弹体斜侵彻混凝土目标的侵彻深度进行了计算和对比,分析了不同经验公式计算值与实测值之间的差异。试验研究表明,对于带攻角弹体斜侵彻混凝土的侵深经验公式中,ACE公式和Forrestal公式计算侵彻深度与实测侵深最为接近,相对误差均未超过10%,满足工程计算需求。

Comparative Research on Depth Empirical Formula of Projectile with Attack Angle Oblique Penetration into Concrete

Abstract:In order to analyze the applicability of the classic penetration depth empirical formula about the projectile with attack angle oblique penetration into concrete, we described the empirical formula of the projectile penetration into concrete that high accuracy and wider application, and used a loading and tes- ting system to experiment research for projectile attack angle and oblique angle joint penetration into C30 concrete by 152 mm light-gas gun. We obtained the projectile velocity, open pit size and penetration depth. The empirical formula of the projectile with attack angle oblique penetration into concrete targets depth was calculated and compared, and the differences of the empirical formula's calculated values and measured values were analyzed. It reaches the conclusion that ACE fprmula and Forrestal formula' s calcu- lated depths close the mea.sured values under the projectile with attack angle oblique penetration into con- crete, and relative error don' t exceed 10% , which meet the demand of the engineering calculations.
